1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between the individual player and berlintoto concerning use of the website and associated betting services. References to the platform include sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, promotions, account tools, payment functions, and customer support made available through berlintoto.

If you do not accept these terms, you must not register, deposit, place a wager, or continue using the platform. Your continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, subject to any notice obligations stated below.

2. Definitions

• “Account” means the personal player profile registered with berlintoto.

3. Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are at least 21 years old, possess legal capacity to enter a binding contract, and are legally permitted to access online gambling services in your current location. Employees, contractors, and persons directly involved in supplying or auditing a relevant betting event or game may be restricted from wagering where a conflict of interest exists. You must not register on behalf of another person or allow any minor to access your account.

4. Registration and Account Security

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, residential information, and any other details reasonably requested. Only one account is permitted per person unless berlintoto gives prior written approval.

You are responsible for protecting your username, password, verification codes, and device access. You must notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorised activity. Bets placed through a correctly authenticated account may be treated as authorised unless evidence shows a platform security failure.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared, rented, or used as payment intermediaries. Berlintoto may combine, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and review associated balances, promotions, and wagering activity.

5. Identity, KYC and Compliance Verification

Berlintoto may perform identity, age, address, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering, sanctions, payment ownership, and source-of-funds checks at registration or at any later time. Verification documents may include a MyKad or passport, proof of address, bank statement, e-wallet record, and evidence explaining the origin of deposited funds.

Processing may be delayed while required checks are incomplete. Documents must be authentic, legible, unaltered, and belong to the account holder. Supplying false documents or misleading information is a serious breach that may result in account closure, withheld transactions where legally required, and further investigation.

6. Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Supported methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, cards, and selected digital assets. Availability, limits, processing times, and fees may vary by account, channel, maintenance window, and verification status.

Deposits must normally come from a payment method registered in your own name. Berlintoto may reject or return third-party payments and request evidence of ownership. A deposit does not guarantee immediate wagering access if a security or compliance review is required.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared balance, completed verification, applicable bonus conditions, and security checks. Where practical, withdrawals may be returned through the original deposit method. Stated processing periods are estimates rather than guarantees because banks, e-wallet operators, blockchain networks, and FPX maintenance can cause delays.

6.3 Errors and Chargebacks

You must report an incorrect balance promptly and must not knowingly spend or withdraw funds credited in error. Unauthorised chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed deposits may lead to account restriction while the matter is investigated.

7. Sports Betting and Casino Rules

A bet becomes valid only after berlintoto accepts it and records confirmation in the account history. Submission alone does not guarantee acceptance. The maximum and minimum stake, potential return, odds, market status, and available products may change before acceptance.

Sports wagers on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, football, or other events are settled according to the official result and the specific market rules. Postponements, abandonments, dead heats, participant withdrawals, venue changes, and result corrections are handled under the applicable displayed rules.

Casino and slot outcomes are determined by the relevant game system. Interrupted rounds will be restored, completed, or voided according to the game record. Visual animations do not override the recorded result. Where an obvious technical, pricing, odds, or settlement error occurs, berlintoto may void or correct affected transactions to reflect the proper outcome.

8. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Benefits

Each promotion may carry additional rules covering eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates, minimum sports odds, maximum stake, expiry, withdrawal limits, and excluded payment methods. Those specific rules form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one person, household, device, payment source, or network. Berlintoto may remove promotional funds and associated winnings where it reasonably identifies duplicate claims, coordinated betting, low-risk wagering intended solely to release a bonus, opposite-side betting, or another form of promotion abuse.

VIP status, cashback, birthday rewards, and referral benefits are discretionary promotional features. They may be reviewed, changed, paused, or withdrawn in accordance with published conditions. Promotional figures do not represent guaranteed profit.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use berlintoto for money laundering, fraud, unlawful financing, or any illegal purpose;
• Use another person's identity, documents, bank account, e-wallet, card, or funds without lawful authority;
• Operate multiple accounts, collude with other players, manipulate markets, or exploit confidential event information;
• Use bots, automated scripts, prohibited software, data scraping tools, or techniques designed to interfere with platform operation;
• Exploit a malfunction, delayed feed, incorrect odds, bonus configuration error, or game vulnerability;
• Threaten staff, submit false complaints, or provide fabricated payment evidence; or
• Attempt to bypass account limits, self-exclusion, geolocation controls, or identity checks.

Berlintoto may investigate suspected misconduct using account, device, payment, game, and wagering records. Necessary restrictions may remain in place while an investigation is ongoing.

10. Responsible Gambling

Gambling involves financial risk and should be treated only as paid entertainment. You should set a realistic budget, avoid chasing losses, take regular breaks, and never use money required for rent, food, education, healthcare, loan repayments, or family commitments.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through customer support, subject to verification and settlement of pending matters. Berlintoto may suspend, restrict, or close an account where required for security, compliance, responsible gambling, suspected breach, payment investigation, legal obligations, or protection of platform integrity.

Where appropriate, valid remaining funds will be returned after deductions lawfully due and completion of required checks. Pending bets may stand, be settled, or be voided depending on the reason for closure and the applicable market rules.

12. Availability and Limitation of Liability

Berlintoto aims to provide a stable service but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Maintenance, telecommunications failure, mobile network congestion, bank downtime, cyber incidents, third-party game outages, power interruptions, or events beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, berlintoto is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative losses arising from unavailable services, player device failure, incorrect credentials, or reliance on statistics, commentary, live scores, and other informational content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Your losses from gambling remain your responsibility where wagers were validly accepted and settled. No content on berlintoto constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

13. Privacy and Communications

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Berlintoto Privacy Policy. Data may be processed to administer accounts, verify identity, prevent fraud, meet compliance duties, settle bets, process payments, provide support, and maintain platform security.

Service communications concerning verification, account security, payments, rule changes, and responsible gambling may be sent where necessary. Marketing preferences may be managed through available account or support channels, but essential operational notices cannot always be disabled while an account remains active.

14. Changes, Severability and Contact

Berlintoto may amend these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, security, commercial, payment, or technical developments. Material updates may be announced through the website or account communications. The effective date displayed above identifies the current version.

If any clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in effect. A failure to enforce a right immediately does not waive that right. Headings assist navigation and do not limit the meaning of a clause.
